Returns a paginated list of the rent revision indices published by INSEE.

Quarter Revision Index Overview

A revision index is a quarterly reference value used to revise rents. Each entry is uniquely
identified by its nature, quarter and year.

Available natures

• irl: Indice de Référence des Loyers (residential leases)
• irl_corse: IRL specific to Corsica
• ilc: Indice des Loyers Commerciaux (commercial leases)
• ilat: Indice des Loyers des Activités Tertiaires (tertiary activities)
• icc: Indice du Coût de la Construction

Business significance

These indices drive the rent revision computation: the new rent is obtained by applying the ratio
between the most recent published index and the reference index of the same nature/quarter.

Filtering

The endpoint supports filtering by nature, year and quarter. Filters can be combined to
narrow results (e.g. the IRL value for a given quarter and year).

This endpoint provides read-only access to a global reference dataset shared across all customers.
