Creates a new co-ownership group. Optionally links existing management contracts to the group.

Required fields:

• name: Display name for the group (e.g., "Indivision Dupont")
• group_type: Type of co-ownership (indivision, community, dismemberment)

Optional fields:

• management_contract_ids: Array of management contract public_ids to link to the group
