Retrieves all rent revisions associated with a specific leasing contract.

Each rent revision represents a change in rent, typically based on the French IRL index
(Indice de Référence des Loyers) or a manual adjustment.

This endpoint is read-only. The public API currently provides no endpoint to create, trigger,
validate, or apply a rent revision. Updating quarter_revision_index_attributes through
PATCH /api/v1/leasing_contracts/{id} changes the lease's reference index but does not trigger
a rent revision.

The endpoint returns:

• Effective date of the revision
• Previous and new rent amounts
• Previous and new index values
• Computed increase in absolute and percentage terms
• Status of the revision (pending, applied, cancelled)
