Permanently removes a bank transaction record from the system using
the BankTransactions::DestroyService.

This operation should be used with caution, especially for transactions that
have already been reconciled or linked to payments or accounting events. In most
cases, it is preferable to archive transactions rather than delete them to
maintain a complete financial record.

Deletion may be appropriate for duplicate transactions that were incorrectly
imported or for transactions that were created in error before any reconciliation
has taken place.
