Cancels the move-out process for a leasing contract, reverting it to in_progress status.

This endpoint handles the cancellation of a move-out process by:

• Resetting the contract status from move_out back to in_progress
• Clearing the end_date
• Removing the move-out inventory
• Destroying prorated last month billing items
• Cleaning up refund deposit groups (unless already validated)

Important: This action cannot be performed if the deposit refund has been
validated, as that represents a financial commitment that has already been processed.

Use this endpoint if a move-out needs to be cancelled due to the tenant
deciding to stay, a lease renewal, or other changes in the rental arrangement.
