Update member shares

Modifies the ownership shares of all members in the group. The shares must sum to 100%.
This action updates all profile contracts across all management contracts linked to the group,
creates a historical snapshot, and triggers a payout recalculation.

Required fields:

  • effective_date: Date when the share change takes effect
  • reason: Justification for the change (e.g., "Share buyout — deed of 01/03/2026")
  • shares: Array of share updates covering ALL current group members
