Creates a new bank account for a profile.

Bank accounts store the banking details (IBAN and BIC) needed to process payments
or receive funds on behalf of a profile (tenant, landlord, etc.).

The IBAN will be automatically normalized (spaces removed, converted to uppercase).
Note: SEPA mandates should be created using the separate SEPA mandates endpoint.
