Update all company shares

Modifies the ownership shares of all associates in a company. The shares must sum to 100%.
Creates a historical snapshot for audit trail.

Required fields:

  • effective_date: Date when the share change takes effect
  • reason: Justification for the change
  • shares: Array of share updates covering ALL current associates
