Cancels an existing management termination.

This action can be performed on terminations in 'scheduled' or 'effective' status.
Already canceled terminations cannot be canceled again.

Effects of Cancellation

For scheduled terminations:

• The termination is simply marked as canceled
• No items are affected

For effective terminations:

• The termination is marked as canceled
• Leasing contracts that were closed by this termination are reopened
• Contracts are set to the appropriate status based on their dates:
  • move_in: if start_date is in the future
  • in_progress: if currently active
  • move_out: if end_date is in the future
• Webhook events are triggered for updated leasing contracts

Important Notes

• The cancellation is permanent and cannot be undone
• A canceled_at timestamp is recorded
• The user performing the cancellation is recorded
