Retrieves all document uploads associated with a leasing contract and its asset.

This endpoint returns a comprehensive list of all files related to the contract,
including lease agreements, addendums, rent receipts, management reports, and
any other documents attached to either the contract itself or its associated
property.

Document management is a critical aspect of property management, and this endpoint
provides a central location to access all relevant files for compliance,
record-keeping, and operational purposes.

Lightweight responses

Each upload embeds the full JSON representation of every resource it is linked to
(the contract, its property, the related accounting event groups), which makes the
payload heavy when bulk-fetching documents. Pass include_relations=false to omit
the resourceables key entirely and return only the upload metadata and its file_url.

File URL access

file_url is a pre-signed URL valid for 7 days. It can be opened directly without the API
Authorization header. Anyone holding the URL can access the file until it expires; request the
uploads endpoint again to obtain a fresh URL after expiration.
